What can I do if tracking information is unavailable

When your package is packed, it will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping notice email from Tidebuy. There will be logistics tracking information in the email. You can check the logistics status of the parcel according to the directions in the email.

If there has been still no logistic information, our customer staff will be glad to help you. Please contact our customer service staff and provide your order number, logistic tracking number and logistics company (these information will be displayed in the shipping notice email, or your order details page). Customer service staff will help you to contact the logistics company, and give you feedback.
